You should create a hit state on each of your letters. It's tough to click on the letters sometimes. You have to be exactly over the letter.
This is not an actual tutorial, but more of a listing of tutorials.
The outcome is a little rough around the edges. It would probably be better to use the pen tool and trace around the silhouettes resulting in smoother edges.
Is the resulting code standards compliant? The downside to doing it this way is that Photoshop creates generic names of the divs and later on if you have to do some editing you have no clue which is what at first glance. It's always better to code the layout yourself since you have more control in the naming and things like that.
It would be a much easier tutorial to follow if the visitor didn't have to click on every screenshot.
That animation can be quite irritating to the eyes!
I was expecting a tutorial on how to create a snow globe! I think it should have been titled "Creating snow with symbol sprayer" instead.
There are other methods that I think are a little easier than this one, but it's still alright. But does it work across various browsers? Also, why does it go to Digg? Why doesn't it just link to your site?!
I'm getting a server not found error.
Cool looking forward to seeing it!
