Original Tutorial: Changing eye colours

Well, Eikichi is right. There are certainly too many tutorials, Also, changing from brown-black isn't exactly that good. Perhaps try being more creative, giving her blue eyes or something.

Original Tutorial: Sasuke

It's not only you GPNS. 1. Link is dead. 2. Useless description.

Although I didn't exactly like the final result, I really enjoyed your explanations in the steps. I found that perhaps the golf ball you found was too big for the picture you used? Perhaps making the golf ball smaller might have ruined it a bit. If you want to make the fire a bit more realistic, try more Motion Blur, as it would make it more of a Tiger-Woods shot, you can certainly still see some detail in the golf ball, making it look like it will drop 10 feet away. Nevertheless, you have great explanations, Nice tutorial.

Original Tutorial: Spiked Star

Exactly what GPNS said, Giving the user only text doesn't really help. Perhaps some images to guide the users through would make it much better. Your Thumbnail looks tempting, but once your in the tutorial, your certainly disappointed.

Original Tutorial: SuperNova

Your getting low ratings because your not explaining yourself enough. Your final result went from a circular 'super-nova' to a decent signature. Perhaps give the users more explanation and more pictures on how to do the final image you made, instead of just 2 sentences, as it really doesn't help in re-making you result.

Original Tutorial: Rain Tutorial

It's a good tutorial, the end-result was decent, but there's more than 5 of these rain tutorials, I don't think we need more in the database. (Even I submitted a rain tutorial...)

Original Tutorial: Timewarp Effect

"Run the action "Molten Lead" which i believe is included in photoshop 5 and up" Just by that, I can personally tell that your not explaining enough to the user who is doing the tutorial, as he might be a beginner. **The end result was interesting, but try making your tutorials less random, and perhaps adding more images as reference to your steps. matadorqk.

Original Tutorial: Water Background

First off, I found it quite odd your tutorial was an image. Perhaps try making a page instead? I liked your use of the burn and dodge tool, but the 'extras' you did after the final result.. were a bit weird. Also, try providing the Color # for the "Murky Water/Icey Cold Water, etc/ and perhaps your results on those, to make it a more complete tutorial.

Original Tutorial: City Girl

Hey, I liked bits and pieces of your tutorial, but overall, I personally thought that your tutorial didn't really teach the person doing it, much about Photo shop, as it used simple techniques on images already obtained online.
