That's cool, but it's not a Java tutorial.

There's no way for authors to edit their submissions at this point.

I like all of those ideas, webdev64. I've been gearing to bump the icons for awhile but just haven't gotten around to it quite yet, but I agree it'd be great to get a bit higher than 40x40.

Quit gaming the system.

You mean adding categories for each topic? As in, Photoshop would have its own "Article" category, and Flash would have its own category?

You should really quit submitting non-related list-oriented links. They're not tutorials.

That's a bit strange; I keep sessions open on multiple computers and it hasn't lost it at all.

I'm in the middle of ripping out the entire authentication system right now, actually; hopefully in the next day or two I can get it deployed and that might end up fixing your problem.

Technically, you already are. If you upload a larger file we save the original so we can always recrop and scale for whenever we do make the switch in the future.

Larger thumbnails would just be a slightly larger picture- maybe 60x60 or 75x75, something like that. I'd suspect it wouldn't have a huge impact on the site as a whole, other than just having some nicer imagery.

I don't have any intentions to really go into the digg model of social media here.
