Nice tutorial but why is a PSP tutorial in a Photoshop tutorial forum?

Not really a tutorial, just a "look how fast I can do this" type of video...

Would be nice if it were in English so the majority of readers could understand the tutorial, ;)

Never saw the tutorial but I did get a pop up ad for a spam blocker....

I tried to download this file and got directed to a confirmation email page. After entering the information I am told that it could take up to 5 minutes to receive a confirmation link for the download. So far I have received 2 emails with links to sign up pages for various sitepoint offerings but so far, no download confirmation. I went and signed up again this time with a different email address and again never received any download confirmation...

This is almost an exact rip off from the tutorial on the 11th showing you how to upscale at 10% increments using an action.....

I dont see a thing in that tutorial that resembles a net.......

This is not a Photoshop tutorial, why is listed as one?? You guys monitoring these tutorials?? huh huh?
