First off, I found it quite odd your tutorial was an image. Perhaps try making a page instead? I liked your use of the burn and dodge tool, but the 'extras' you did after the final result.. were a bit weird. Also, try providing the Color # for the "Murky Water/Icey Cold Water, etc/ and perhaps your results on those, to make it a more complete tutorial.

Kind of hard to follow and definately not for beginners. Still good overall.
