I agree. The description and the title of this tutorial are misleading. This tutorial is to correct the color of a photo that has partially been manipulated. And it will only work if the photo was manipulated with a box of some sort of red color.

This is a very pretty effect, however I am unable to reproduce it using the instructions given. I think I've missed something between the liquify and warp step.

FYI, i've tried downloading dw_flake.abr from several different tutorials, and it doesn't work from any of them. I'm using Photoshop CS2.

Other brushes (like the blitzahGrunge) work fine. It's just this one. It gives me an unexpected end-of-file error.
