From the icon looks like the sized pixelart... a lot of work and not best outcome, as xiao said, and i agree with him... just dont like this type of tutorials...

Not bad,could use a little work to improve of the look.

The result is not really good but the tehnique is perfect explained and written.

I know it was a lot of work, but I really don't like the look of the outcome.
