I'm sure its been done before. There are very few topics that havn't already been covered in one tutorial or another somewhere.
Still though, its a well written and easy to follow tutorial that provides source pics and all.
I thought it was ok.

me too know how You removed frog's head- WEAK! Look on end image, there is still visible where that head was... And about whole tutorial- result is nothing special, look how they makes it on worth1000, use this link

You don't need to explain it to me, but you forgot to explain how you removed the lizards head from behind the birds head - I think anyway. Decent tutorial anyway - it will help a few people :)
