depiction comments on their tutorials

This is almost an exact rip off from the tutorial on the 11th showing you how to upscale at 10% increments using an action.....

really interesting tutorial!

One thing I don't get, why using IE's filter opacity on the hover, since :hover will not work in IE on other elements then <a>

Haven't seen a tutorial by Depiction for a while.
