      <title>Military Wallpaper</title>
      <description>Tried Tutorial, got to part 2, having difficult with the following step, i created a shadow to the star, then add a shadow then separated the shadow onto a new layer, i added a new layer above, but unsure what you do next, i filled the empty layer with white then held the CTRL key down and clicked the Shadow layer, to put marching ants around then Ctrl+E to Merge, then added Filter, Half but i dont get the result you get just small dots around the star edge what am i doing wrong
