Yeah, he dont used any vectors:| the circles aren't made vectorly, that are just filled in marque selections xD sorry, but it's funny for me

I think this tutorial is more clear compare to others and it depends on what types of photo that you want to work on. I think it is useful so I just post it . I think people will need it though

The tutorial is good but I have seen many like it.
