Love the idea. I was wanting to do a tutorial very similar to this once before, but never got around to it :)

To be honest this method isn't efficient. You should design the pencil standing straight up lying down, therefore you can use an angle like 90 or 180 for the gradient overlay .. :)

Really nicely written and explained in my opinion. Good outcome as well.

GPNS: He shouldn't give us _only_ an English translation, but English is the standard language when it comes to tutorials. You should have English as primary and give a translation of your other language, if this is possible.

My anti-virus system is going off when I visit your website. I can guarantee this, it happened twice. View the screenshot: http://quickimg.com/uploads/88ebc58185c9da1ae2e874bc2293393a.gif

I think you should illustrate each part a little bit better.

The way the tutorial is displayed could do with some work - the screenshots of Photoshop are all full size, it'll kill some peoples internet connections.

Beautiful outcome, although a little overdone as of late (the light streaks thingy!)
It was rated pretty poorly before, after I rated it I hope it goes to the front page.

This tutorial is still on PSTut.info, though. The site that's in the graphic itself.

URL is badly broken. But judging by the thumbnail, this tutorial is a ripoff of: http://thedesignworld.com/photoshop-tutorials/text-effects/gargoyle-text/

GPNS: Was going to comment the same. We don't like tutorials that are basically the same as others.

This is a nice tutorial for sure, but you need to point out the page numbers more clearly, as it was hard for me to find them amidst all of the other stuff.

Nice looking smiley, indeed. You should really look into those PHP errors at the top of your website though.

Yep, you're right. Zach: You should probably move this to the Illustrator section.
Very nice outcome on the tutorial btw :)
