Pretty basic concept, but it needs to be worked a little more. Also, in the beginning you fail to mention that the picture of the pepper and other vegetables is separate from the background, so that would make it a little confusing to the reader.

I definitely suggest working on this tutorial a little more. Though I'm not quite sure what melted marble looks like, this looks like a funky patterned/colored bubble gum. Try looking up pictures of melted marble and then go from there.

Very simple tutorial, but nicely explained. What confuses me is that the picture you used already had mountains in it, and the result of this tutorial was more like hills, not necessarily mountains. Keep working at it and I'm sure you'll enhance the effect.

The tutorial has nice explanations, but the effect is lacking. The background doesn't go well with the neon border and text. Experiment with different gradients or colors for the background.

I disagree with the aforementioned comments - there isn't a structured way of creating a logo, it's all about what looks right. However, your tutorial isn't necessarily about creating a logo. It reminds me of a simplistic orb or something.

Perhaps make a tutorial containing different techniques, including this one, on making logos. Include some basic pen work, gradients, layer styles... all that good stuff!

The tutorial is nice, but the outcome doesn't necessarily look like a cactus; it looks more like a weed. Keep working on the effect and I'm sure you'll enhance the look of the text.

A little long, but it's a nice tutorial on some features of Photoshop that aren't usually discussed with this much detail. Your explanations were clear and the whole video tutorial was very cool.
