Flash: Creating a Flash Header with Animated Text

In this tutorial, we’re going to create an animated Flash header. Using some very basic features of Flash, and no ActionScript at all, we’re going to apply an interesting effect to the text, to make it seem it’s hovering above the background, with a highlight that slides across it continually.
