I found this tutorial to be very confusing. My sphere ended up more like a square and I think my wife is cheating on me.

Ok I tried it again and this time it ended up looking like a sphere except now it flashes random colors :O

Ok I've got a pretty sweet looking sphere now. Silly me, I was trying to follow this tutorial by using DOS instead of photoshop /facepalm
