Maybe, but worth looking into. As the tutorial points out, if you are new to CSS, learn it first (paraphrase.) Doesn't seem to include IE CSS-hacks, but I did not look all the way through. Then again, I still wouldn't abandon tables just because I can do it with DIVs. Good pointers tho.
