CSS Background Rollover

Submitted by Jacorre Studios » Looking to add a little style to your image links? Let's use CSS to add a background color that appears when the mouse hovers over the image. This style can be used on a variety of images but we'll be looking at adding this style to affiliate buttons.

No-go with Safari 3. Now that it's on Windows you should be testing there, too. ;)

Thanks for pointing that out Zach! Do you know if Safari on Windows renders exactly like it does on Mac? If it does, that would help me out a lot when testing since I don't have a Mac!

Now that is going to be an age-old question. Naturally, I would guess "yes", but really it's anyone's guess at this point I suppose. I haven't seen any rendering breakdowns between the two platforms yet. My guess would be that rendering would be nearly identical, with possibly one or two really small glitches that you might never run into in normal practice.
