Because there are a million ways to get the same effect, it's not allowed to show one of these ways?
It's an easy and simple tutorial and beginning photoshoppers will find this useful. It's not because you know a million ways to do it, everyone knows a million ways :)
i just think its sad that tutorials like that are the ones being featured... its funny because that tutorial probably would have been declined... there should be a bit more criteria than $22 a day or whatever, thats all im saying

A simple tutorial is not necessarily a bad tutorial ;)
Anyway, that tutorial was accepted before the featured listing.

Just to step in and clarify things- you can't feature a tutorial until it's been accepted on the site, so at some point in time each featured tutorial has been reviewed and added.

once again, if you have money, you get to put this tut on top :D
there are prolly a million ways to achieve this same result..
