With this version of Good-Tutorials, you can now associate tutorials to your account so you can update the tutorial URLs if they change, feature the tutorials on the site, or change the site name and URL for all of your tutorials. To do this, the easiest option is to upload a small file to the root of your site:
http://www.example.com/gtuser.txt
Inside gtuser.txt, include *only* your Good-Tutorials username. Then click here. At that point, our server will look at the site URL for one of the tutorials listed under this tutorial author, and then try to connect to the base-domain/gtuser.txt. Whatever username in that file will become the owner of the tutorials, so make sure you type your user name in correctly.
I know this isn't a perfect solution for everyone; some have uploaded their tutorial on a forum, some on a subdomain, etc. In cases like that, send me an email and we'll go through the steps to reclaim it. In your email, mention which author site name you're trying to reclaim, your user name, and some sort of proof of ownership- a common way to do it is to edit one of the tutorials listed under the account and type some piece of text like "good-tutorials username: xxxxxx". That will show me that you have access and control the pages, and I can transfer the tutorials over to that account manually. If, for some reason, you can't manage to do that, let me know and we'll try to figure out some other way to handle it.
